Q. When does the billing for limousine & driver services start and stop?
A. Charges are accrued beginning at the pick up and ending at the final drop-off (in some cases driving time applies0. The balance (minus the deposit) should be charged to the customer's credit card or paid to the driver unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Q. Is the gratuity added to the bill and if so, how is it calculated?
A. For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to each luxury limousine. The gratuity is based on the trip's total price and charged to the deposit, along with the balance due on arrival. Any extra tip may be given directly to your driver.

Q. Can I drink alcoholic beverages in the Limousine?
Yes, the State of Texas allows Passengers in Limousines to consume alcoholic beverages if they are 21 years old or older. Consumption of Alcohol by passengers under the age of 21 is illegal and will not be tolerated.

Q. Is smoking allowed in the limousines or vehicles?

A. No, The entire fleet of Limousines and vehicles are strictly non-smoking vehicles. If during a rental the client chooses to smoke, our chauffeurs are instructed to, and will locate a safe area where the client(s) can exit from the vehicle and smoke out side of the vehicle.

Q. What is the the average rates for limousines and driver service?

A. Rental costs may vary based on a variety of factors. Current rentals will depend on some of the items listed below.

●  Time of year (spring, summer, etc.)
●  Type of vehicle (larger vehicles cost more)
●  Day of week (weekends cost more, weekdays less)
●  Distance traveled (Longer travel times may be more expensive)
