DEPOSIT POLICY: � (Half) the Total Amount of the Reservation PLUS the $500.00 Damage Deposit Fee is due when the Reservation is made. Final Amount is due 15 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: : A $50.00 cancellation fee will apply if reservation is terminated at least 15 days prior. If the reservation is canceled at 14 days or less notice, then half of your reservation fee will not be refunded. The full amount of your reservation will be charged if cancellation is inside of 7 days. All cancellations must be made by phone to 512-879-7638. (Voice Mails and Emails will not suffice. A confirmation must be given from our end.) 'No Shows' will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Guest(s) are required to include at the time of reservation a Damage Deposit. The Damage Deposit shall be at the cost of $500.00 Per Reservation and is Refundable. The Damage Deposit is to pay for accidental damage to the home or the personal property contained within the premises. Damages exceeding $500.00 will be the responsibility of Guest(s).
