You need to be at least 23 years of age in order to rent a vehicle from us.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?

There is No Smoking on any of our vehicles, for the pleasure of all future renters. A cleaning fee of $150 will be applied  if this policy is violated.

Is off-roading or racing permitted?

No, no matter which vehicle is rented, all renters must agree that they will not use the vehicle for off-roading, drive it on a racetrack or be involved in any illegal exhibitions of speed.

Is a deposit required?

Deposits vary depending on vehicle. From $500-$3,000 per vehicle. The Security Deposit is held until the vehicle has been inspected. After completion of your reservation, deposit will be returned in the same manner as it was collected 2-4 days after.

Refueling Charge

You will be provided with a full tank of gas at the time of your rental. We ask that you return the vehicle with the same gasoline level. The fuel level amount will be printed on your rental contract. If you return it with less fuel than provided, you will be charged $5.49/gal used. (Rate is subject to change based on current gas price)

International Drivers

International drivers are welcome! We accept foreign drivers license for many countries, and of course all international licenses are accepted. Drivers with foreign licenses must present your passport along with your driver's license.

Cancellation Policy

Depending on the rental dates, such as holidays, weekends and peak rental days, our cancellation policy may differ. (1.) Our standard cancellation policy has a 48 notice. A reservation must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the original pick-up or delivery date in order not be charged 100% of the rental charges. (2.) During peak rental dates (rentals that land on weekends, holidays, and other dates where larger events are in town), the rental fee would be charged at the time of reservation and is non-refundable, but if plans change, the rental fee can be applied for future use.

How far in advance do I need to book my reservation?

We suggest reservation your vehicle as far in advance as possible to insure availability. We require that a reservation is completed 72hrs prior to vehicle delivery or pick up. However in some circumstances exceptions can be made.
